Help Farah pay for emergency hernia repair at Cairo Orthopedic Institute
A scheduled emergency hernia repair in November is out of reach without help covering $1,150 of the cost.

Farah was diagnosed with a hip fracture that never healed properly in August. The surgeon at Cairo Orthopedic Institute recommended emergency hernia repair, and She is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,650, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,150 short.
my mother has been in and out of Cairo Orthopedic Institute since August. The doctors say a hip fracture that never healed properly will get worse without emergency hernia repair. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,650 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Farah struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Farah won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
The money goes straight to the treatment bills, and I'll share the invoices as they're paid so you can see exactly what your gift did.
