Help Eva save Hazel - surgery needed
Hazel, Eva's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for a tumor on the spleen costing $1,900.

Hazel is my rescue greyhound of two years. On 26 August we rushed to the Durham Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,900.
They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $380 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Durham Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,900 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,000
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $460
• Medication and follow-up visits: $250
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $190
