After a violent robbery, Eva has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Gothenburg Wellbeing Centre cost $75 each. Eva has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Eva could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Eva, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
