Help Esther save Nala - surgery needed

Nala is my three-legged dog of three years. On 12 August we rushed to Naivasha Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Nala, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Nala is more than a pet - Nala got me through my hardest year. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
