Help Emma start the school year with the right tools
Emma won a place at Tallahassee International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇺🇸 Tallahassee, Florida, United States1,157 views
Emma earned a place in Year 11 at Tallahassee International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $1,100, which is more than they have.
Emma loves mathematics and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $260
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $80
• Laptop: $760
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Emma!
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. textbooks and workbooks comes first ($260) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Thanks for asking.
So sorry you're going through this, David. Your post was clear and honest!
