Help Emily keep the the Harvest Pantry pantry stocked
Emily runs a volunteer pantry feeding 74 families; this fund restocks shelves for the school holidays.

Since 2023, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Friday from the back of the mosque courtyard. We started with 28 families, and now we feed 74 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 53% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 13 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the London market and keep every receipt.
Each $35 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $1,600 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $870
• Refrigeration and electricity: $230
• Baby formula and diapers: $500
