After a long hospital stay, Emily has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Christchurch Wellbeing Centre cost $100 each.
Emily has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Emily could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
