After a difficult divorce, Elias has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Corpus Christi Wellbeing Centre cost $110 each.
Elias has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Elias could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
