Biscuit, Eliana's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $2,300.

Biscuit is my rabbit of six years. On 5 September we rushed to Bakersfield Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,300.
They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $310 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Bakersfield Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.

• Emergency surgery: $1,550
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $420
• Medication and follow-up visits: $110
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $220
