Juno is my German shepherd of six years. On 8 September we rushed to Kasarani Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Juno, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Juno is more than a pet - Juno is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Kasarani Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Juno's recovery. Where the $450 goes: • Medication and follow-up visits: $45 • Emergency surgery: $340 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $65 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
