Help Dipu lay Nargis to rest with dignity in Savar
Dipu lost his grandmother suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $550.

Nargis, my grandmother, passed away on 16 September after a road accident. She was 65 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $550 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 3 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Nargis to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Savar hospice.
Where the $550 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $370
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $85
• Transport of the deceased: $70
• Memorial gathering for the family: $25
