Help Dimitra restart a sewing studio in Athens after a storm that collapsed the roof
A sewing studio in Athens needs help replacing a cutting table and overlocker after a storm that collapsed the roof.

For four years I have run a sewing studio in Athens. In October, a storm that collapsed the roof took a cutting table and overlocker. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,300 goes:
• Replacing a cutting table and overlocker: $580
• Initial stock: fabric: $175
• Shop repairs and licensing: $125
• Working capital for the first month: $420
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Take care, Dimitra. Shared this with my family. Don't give up. Blessings.
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Dimitra!
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. replacing a cutting table and overlocker comes first ($580) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Happy to explain more.
Hang in there, Dimitra. Shared it with a few friends. Blessings
