Help Dhruv save Biscuit - surgery needed
A cat named Biscuit needs emergency surgery - a $400 bill the family can't cover.
🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India1,282 views
Biscuit is my cat of eleven years. On 5 February we rushed to the Mumbai Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $400.
They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Mumbai Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $400 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $290
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $45
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $20
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
