The registrar has said Dennis can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Dennis has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Dennis would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Dennis isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
