Help Dennis finish a nursing degree at Makati University - $650 to go

Dennis is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Makati University, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650. The registrar has said Dennis can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Dennis has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Dennis would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Dennis isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Makati University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
