Help Débora replace the suspension and return to work
Débora drives for a living in Santos, and a broken suspension has stopped all income for 7 weeks.

I make my living with my food truck. 7 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $400. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $400 goes:
• Labor charges: $95
• suspension replacement (parts): $230
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $75
Every share and every dollar helps.

Hope the shop reopens soon. Thinking of Santos
Sending strength, Débora. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
sending strength, Débora. Your post was clear and honest. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless
small businesses are the heart of Santos. Hope you're open again soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. All the best.
