Help David restart a fish stall in Bristol after a break-in
A fish stall in Bristol needs help replacing a freezer and scales after a break-in.
🇬🇧 Bristol, England, United Kingdom2,956 views
For twelve years I have run a fish stall in Bristol. In October, a break-in took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,600 goes:
• Initial stock: the first catch: $640
• Working capital for the first month: $530
• Shop repairs and licensing: $430
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

good luck, David. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless
Praying for you. Small businesses are the heart of Bristol. Hope you're open again soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Nagpur.

Thinking of you and your family, David. This could happen to any of us. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings
