Help Daisuke start the school year with the right tools
Daisuke earned a place in Grade 9 at Kyoto International School; we're $700 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Grade 9 at Kyoto International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $700, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $700 goes:
• Laptop: $320
• School uniform and shoes: $140
• Textbooks and workbooks: $195
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $45
Thank you for reading my story.

How is Daisuke doing now?
Hope it all works out. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
