Cường was diagnosed with a hernia that has become strangulated in July. The surgeon at Hanoi Orthopedic Institute recommended septoplasty, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,400, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,100 short.
my son has been in and out of Hanoi Orthopedic Institute since July. The doctors say a hernia that has become strangulated will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,400 is more than we can find.
