Help Corazon restart a sewing studio in Pasig after floodwater
Corazon has run a sewing studio for twelve years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $600 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a sewing studio in Pasig. In August, floodwater took a cutting table and overlocker. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $600 goes:
• Replacing a cutting table and overlocker: $450
• Working capital for the first month: $85
• Shop repairs and licensing: $65
Thanks for being kind about this.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Corazon
It's all in the list in the story. replacing a cutting table and overlocker is the big one at $450, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. It helps to be asked.
Hope you make a strong comeback. My husband and I read this together. Love from Mumbai.
Stay strong, Corazon. Small businesses are the heart of Pasig. Hope you're open again soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money
Thinking of you, Corazon. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier
