She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Cora called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. Cora is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
