Help Cláudio save Teddy - surgery needed
Teddy, Cláudio's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for a foreign object blocking the intestines costing $600.

Teddy is my German shepherd of six years. On 7 July we rushed to the Belo Horizonte Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $600.
They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Belo Horizonte Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Teddy's recovery.

• Emergency surgery: $360
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $195

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. emergency surgery comes first ($360) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Fair thing to want to know.
