Claire was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in February. The surgeon at Albany Community Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and She is scheduled for May. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $8,500, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $4,250 short.
