Chloe is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an agriculture degree at Parramatta Community College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,900. The registrar has said Chloe can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Chloe has a 3.9 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Chloe would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Chloe isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $4,900 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $2,350 • Final term tuition: $2,100 • Exam and lab fees: $100 • Textbooks and materials: $350 I hope life is good to you. - Delilah

Updates from Delilah

  1. Update from Parramatta: the plan for final term tuition is now scheduled. We're at 16% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.

  2. Good news. Because of your gifts ($353 in total) I made the first payment toward exam and lab fees. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.

  3. We're at 4% thanks to 5 of you. I made the first payment toward final term tuition. More news soon.

Thinking of you and your family, Delilah. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Love from Uberlândia.
