Help Chinedu with an overdue gas bill before summer

The gas account is 3 months behind. Chinedu received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in March. Chinedu called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
