Carla was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in August. The surgeon at Saint Francis Hospital recommended a partial thyroidectomy, and She is scheduled for December. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $4,250, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $3,400 short.
my sister has been in and out of Saint Francis Hospital since August. The doctors say a herniated spinal disc will get worse without a partial thyroidectomy. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $4,250 is more than we can find.
