I make my living with my motorbike. 10 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $250 goes: • Labor charges: $35 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $35 • clutch assembly replacement (parts): $180 Thanks for being kind about this.

  • Sending good thoughts, Camila. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Blessings.

      • Sending good thoughts, Camila. This could happen to any of us. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Buenos Aires.
