Help Camila keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked
Camila runs a volunteer pantry feeding 190 families; this fund restocks shelves for the harvest gap.

Since 2021, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Thursday from the back of the mosque courtyard. We started with 30 families, and now we feed 190 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 49% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 19 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Vitória da Conquista market and keep every receipt.
Each $15 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $600
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $250
• Baby formula and diapers: $160
• Refrigeration and electricity: $140
