Zainab, my wife, passed away on 16 June after a stroke. She was 65 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $400 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 3 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Zainab to have a dignified farewell.

• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $105
• Transport of the deceased: $50
