Help Bukola with a gas fitter's skills: faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning
Bukola has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning, and can't afford a licensed gas fitter to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In July an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $140 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed gas fitter who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $35.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a gas fitter and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending strength, Bukola. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Lagos
