Help Bryan keep the the Sunday Shelf pantry stocked
The the Sunday Shelf pantry in Makati is running low just as demand rises; $600 will stock it for 11 weeks.

Since 2021, our volunteer team has run the Sunday Shelf every Wednesday from the back of the mosque courtyard. We started with 20 families, and now we feed 314 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 49% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 6 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Makati market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $600 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $390
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $115
• Baby formula and diapers: $65
• Refrigeration and electricity: $30
