Sunny is my rescue greyhound of six years. On 4 September we rushed to Malmö Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $600. They have stabilized Sunny, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Sunny is more than a pet - Sunny is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $310 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Malmö Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Sunny's recovery.
