Soweto

Tucker is my rescue greyhound of two years. On 11 July we rushed to Soweto Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $750. They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Soweto Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Tucker's recovery. Where the $750 goes: • Emergency surgery: $500 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $155 • Medication and follow-up visits: $30 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $65 Thanks for reading all this. - Brandon
