Help Benjamin keep his home - 3 months behind on rent

When the warehouse closed in May, Benjamin fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Monday a notice to vacate was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $550. The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by July, the family must leave. There are a teenager still in school at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else. Benjamin has started working two part-time jobs, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
