Help Beatriz restart a small grocery stall in Oaxaca de Juárez after the demolition of the market
Beatriz has run a small grocery stall for twelve years; the demolition of the market destroyed the equipment, and $900 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a small grocery stall in Oaxaca de Juárez. In January, the demolition of the market took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $900 goes:
• Replacing a cold-storage unit: $690
• Shop repairs and licensing: $75
• Working capital for the first month: $135
Thank you so much.

Wishing you the best. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Take care
Praying for you, Beatriz. Hope this works out for you. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
Take care, Beatriz. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My husband and I read this together.
hang in there. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best.
Hope you get there. After 25 years in nursing I know how hard it is to ask for anything. God bless
