Naresh, my husband, passed away on 23 September after complications from pneumonia. He was 41 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $6,950 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 1 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Naresh to have a dignified farewell.

Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.
