The water account is 4 months behind. Audrey received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $700 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Audrey called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $90 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Audrey is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
