Help Atieno keep the the Thursday Table pantry stocked
Atieno runs a volunteer pantry feeding 109 families; this fund restocks shelves for the school holidays.

Since 2019, our volunteer team has run the Thursday Table every Thursday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 21 families, and now we feed 109 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 35% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 14 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Arusha market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $200 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $30
• Refrigeration and electricity: $60
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $110
