Help Asher replace the fuel pump and return to work
Without my taxi Asher can't work; a $1,150 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my taxi. 3 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $155
• Labor charges: $310
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $685
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

shared this with my family. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money!

so sorry you're going through this, Asher. Gave what I could, wish it was more. God bless!
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of London.
