Help Armando restart a laundry service in Allentown after a storm that collapsed the roof
Armando has run a laundry service for twelve years; a storm that collapsed the roof destroyed the equipment, and $1,400 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a laundry service in Allentown. In August, a storm that collapsed the roof took two washing machines and a dryer. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $1,400 goes:
• Initial stock: detergent and packaging: $590
• Working capital for the first month: $410
• Shop repairs and licensing: $400
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Allentown!
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about initial stock: detergent and packaging, advice is welcome too. Good question.
So sorry you're going through this, Armando. Hope the shop reopens soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry
Thanks for sharing this, Armando. This could happen to any of us. Take care.
