Help Anum keep the Community Pantry pantry stocked
The Community Pantry pantry in Karachi is running low just as demand rises; $350 will stock it for 11 weeks.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Community Pantry every Wednesday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 11 families, and now we feed 312 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 56% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 16 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Karachi market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $350 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $230
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $60
• Baby formula and diapers: $35
• Refrigeration and electricity: $25
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
