The registrar has said Anisa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Anisa has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Anisa would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
