The electricity account is 4 months behind. Angela received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $750 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Angela called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
