Help Angel save Maple - surgery needed

Maple is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 19 April we rushed to the Quezon City Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond June. Maple is more than a pet - Maple got me through my hardest year. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
