Help Ángel finish a teaching qualification at the Tijuana Institute of Technology - $600 to go

Ángel is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at the Tijuana Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Ángel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ángel has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ángel would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Ángel isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Tijuana Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $600 goes: • Final term tuition: $460 • Textbooks and materials: $85 • Exam and lab fees: $55 Thank you so much.
