Help Anele pay for septoplasty at Saint Joseph Hospital
After severe cataracts in both eyes, Anele was cleared for septoplasty, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Anele was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in July. The surgeon at Saint Joseph Hospital recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,900, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $1,750 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Saint Joseph Hospital since July. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,900 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Anele struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Anele won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
