Help Andile start the school year with the right tools
Andile earned a place in Year 11 at George Boys' High School; we're $300 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 11 at George Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $300, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become a teacher. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $300 goes:
• Laptop: $145
• School uniform and shoes: $60
• Textbooks and workbooks: $55
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40
Thank you for reading my story.

Is there anything that isn't money that would help Andile?
Thank you. If you're in George I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Thanks, that means a lot.
Hope things get better soon, Andile. I hope things turn around soon. Please keep us posted. All the best.
Take care. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings
