Help An cover an overdue electricity bill so the household stays safe this summer.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. An received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in August.
An called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
An is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $100 goes:
• Heating arrears: $50
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $35
