After a difficult divorce, Amna has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Faisalabad Counselling Collective cost $10 each. Amna has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Amna could afford.
