Help Álvaro save Milo - surgery needed
Please help Álvaro pay for Milo's emergency treatment at La Plata Animal Hospital.
🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina290 views
Milo is my cat of thirteen years. On 15 November we rushed to La Plata Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $650.
They have stabilized Milo, but the treatment can't wait beyond January.
Milo is more than a pet - Milo is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to La Plata Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $650 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $530
• Medication and follow-up visits: $40
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $80
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Small update. $23 so far, I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts.
Good news. Because of your gifts ($10 in total) I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely. - Álvaro
